Refund Policy

This policy covers the Nickel Jar Kit, once available. Guides, the calculator, the School Year Planner, accounts and the newsletter are free, so there is nothing to refund.

30-day returns

If you're not happy with the kit, email hello@familynickelsaver.com within 30 days of delivery. Send it back and we'll refund the kit price in full.

Damaged or missing items

If anything arrives broken or missing, email us with a photo within 30 days and we'll send a replacement free of charge. You don't need to send anything back.

Billing mistakes and how refunds are paid

If you were charged incorrectly, we'll fix it, no matter how long ago it happened. Refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment provider within 5 business days; your bank may take a few more days to show it.
