About Family Nickel Saver
Kids grow fast, and so do the costs. We write plain-English money guides for families with school-age children, and simple ways to teach kids about money along the way.
What we do
We publish family money guides, a college savings calculator, an allowance-by-age guide, the Family Money checklist and a free printable School Year Planner. We send Pocket Change to people who sign up for it, and we're preparing the Nickel Jar Kit, a save, spend and share jar kit for kids.
What we don't do
- We don't sell financial products or recommend specific banks, 529 plans or investments.
- We don't use affiliate links or take referral fees.
- We don't give individual financial, investment or tax advice.
- We never sell or share your email address, and we never collect information from children.
